Beef is best held just above freezing (about −1.5°C). In the danger zone (5°C and up), bacteria can double in as little as 20 min, and one cell can become over a billion in 10 h. Source: U.S. FDA Food Code & USDA FSIS; FAO

The real job

Cold is easy. Holding it steady is the hard part.

Any fridge can pull a number down. The damage happens in the swings: the warm creep on a busy service, the slow drift overnight, the rush of humid air every time a door opens. That is where texture, colour and safety quietly slip away. TOROL is built for the one thing that actually protects your food, holding the temperature where it belongs, hour after hour, door after door.

What’s actually inside

This is what holds the line.

The glowing TOROL air sanitiser module inside a chiller

Recovers fast, and keeps the air clean

A smart inverter with oxygen-free brazed cooling lines pulls the temperature back to target after every door opening, instead of cycling hard on and off. And a built-in TOROL air sanitiser keeps the air inside clean, so ingredients stay fresher for longer and the unit holds no stale odour. Faster recovery, cleaner air, both working to keep your ingredients the way they went in.

Seals built to stay tight

Negative-pressure doors that pull shut, and a magnetic gasket designed to keep humid Singapore air out. That is the difference between dry cold and damp cold.

More cooling than it needs

We give every unit more cooling power than the everyday job needs, so it cools down faster and bounces back quicker after every door opening.

Look closer

The parts most buyers never see.

A fridge is only as good as its weakest seal and its slowest recovery. These are the details we obsess over: the condenser and fan that move the heat out, and the gasket that decides whether the cold you paid for actually stays inside.

Our purpose

Built by a cook, for chefs.

TOROL’s founder, Mr Liang, loves to cook. He knows what just a few degrees can do to an ingredient he has chosen with care, so he built the refrigeration he always wanted. For us, holding the temperature is not a feature. It is the reason TOROL exists.

You put your name on every plate.

TOROL takes care of the temperature, so what you serve is what you chose.
